Wrongful Administered Pain Medication Leads to Hospital Medical Malpractice Suit
A wrongful death suit has been filed against a doctor and hospital claiming negligent administration of pain medication. The victim of the alleged medical malpractice went to the hospital to undergo an elective ankle surgery procedure. During the course of the surgery the patient died.
