Chicago Heights nursing home cited for nursing home neglect

A Chicago Heights nursing home was recently fined $20,000 by the IDPH for its Illinois nursing home neglect. The nursing home failed to supervise a resident who suffered fourth degree burns from spilled coffee during a mealtime.
