Mattoon Illinois nursing home cited for nursing home neglect
The IDPH recently cited a Mattoon nursing home for failing to implement a monitoring system and failing to provide supervision for an unsecured courtyard through which two residents left the facility unnoticed.
The Illinois Department of Health produces quarterly reports on nursing home violators.
